By using Journal Me, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Our Service

• We provide users with journaling prompts delivered via WhatsApp messages.
• Prompts are sent daily and/or weekly based on your preferences.
• Users may request new prompts at any time.
• You may mute or modify notification settings at your discretion.

3. Integration with WhatsApp

Our service operates via the WhatsApp Business Platform. By interacting with Journal Me through WhatsApp, you acknowledge and agree to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Your journal entries are securely stored and encrypted in our database.
• We use Mistral AI to conduct non-identifiable analytics to improve our service and understand journaling patterns.
• We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. No Medical or Professional Advice

Journal Me is intended solely for personal reflection and journaling purposes. We do not provide:

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your WhatsApp account secure;

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email in case of major changes. You can terminate your use of the service by sending a "/stop" message via WhatsApp at any time.
